Sonya has been a Council-Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-S) since 2017. She supervises LMSWs who are earning hours toward their clinical license, with one goal: helping each supervisee grow into a more effective and confident therapist.
Her career spans community mental health, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, substance use treatment, and leadership of Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) operations. She has run a private practice since 2017 and has presented workshops for local, state, and national organizations.
